Circuit Training

Triathletes will often spend many hours training in each of the three disciplines, but it's easy to neglect vital strength and conditioning work.  The off season months (September – March), where exercising outside is less appealing anyway, are a great time to work on our strength and conditioning.  Circuit training sessions  happen on Monday nights at Churcher’s college from 7pm. Newbies and all levels of fitness welcome.

£8 per session or £40 to half term.
