Circuit Training

Great news!!  Circuit Training is returning!

From November 9th, we will again be having weekly virtual circuits Monday nights at 7pm.

As triathletes we tend to put a tremendous effort into the three disciplines of swim, bike, and run.  What we frequently neglect is our core strength and conditioning work, which can improve technique across all three elements of triathlon.  We are lucky to have weekly circuits through the Autumn, Winter and Spring months, usually with a different  focus each week.  The sessions are suitable for all abilities, hard work, but lots of fun.  

Now the winter nights are here, it's time to dust off the yoga mat, clear a space and get yourself ready for a proper session! No specialist equipment is necessary  just a clear space with a non slip floor and some enthusiasm!   A yoga mat or similar would be useful, and small weights can be integrated into some exercises but are not essential.  Please let Kim know at the start of the session if you have any injuries, exercises can be altered or changed to accommodate very easily.
